The needed route depends on the question:

  • For current jail custody, start with Yuba County Jail and the official search explained on the home page.
  • For a booking record or request-dependent photograph, contact Sheriff Records. Release is not guaranteed and may require command approval.
  • For filed charges, hearings, or disposition, contact the Superior Court Criminal Division.
  • For a report created by Marysville or Wheatland Police, contact that police department as well as checking the county jail system.
  • For a possible warrant, use the court or an attorney. The county’s online warrant module was disabled at the August 13, 2026 research date.
  • For a person serving a California state-prison sentence, use the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation search. Federal prison and immigration custody use separate federal locators.
